so i generally go by erin. i'm probably 19 years old. i hate my birthday. i go to penn state mckeesport, and i'm majoring in meteorology. i work at a freaking pizza hut. and i like the colors blue and green. so here's the deal. i would like to describe myself as mature, but that's hardly the truth. i love laughing and making others laugh. i'm random. i'm sarcastic. you'll think i'm crazy the first time you meet me, but i promise you'll learn to love me. i live for partying with friends and gettin a little crazy. i don't care what you think about me. i'm not afraid to be honest. if it hurts your feelings somewhere along the way, oh-well. i really hate when people tell me what i can or can't do. i hate asking for help. i'm pretty independent. i have serious trust issues. i don't know why, and i can't help it. i overthink things and worry too much, yet manage to be too impulsive at times. i have OCD. and i'm a perfectionist. it doesn't take much to make me upset. sometimes i cry for no reason. then i laugh about it, cause i'm so stupid sometimes. i trip a lot. get used to it. i can play the piano like a fiend. i have to sniff everything. i'm easy-going and hate making decisions. i love to stand outside in thunderstorms, until someone has to pull me back inside. i'm really addicted to mountain dew. i'm a huge sucker for a guy with a guitar. i'm probably too nice for my own good. and one last thing. u will never hear me scrape my fork against my plate. ever.i don't normally answer a whole lot of questions on here, mostly because they're either stupid or asked a million times.

advice
what is global warming and who believes in it? just a question i'm curious for an answer. and is the world going to be destroyed by global warming? and if global warming isn't real than what is really causing it? god?
Since I'm currently majoring in meteorology, I felt I should probably answer this question. :]Global warming is essentially an increase in the average temperature of the Earth's air temperature. Like younggrandma said, not a lot of scientists believe it's happening. However, even if it was, the earth wouldn't be destroyed in our lifetime. It's almost the same as people getting freaked out about the sun. Yeah, eventually it's gonna eat the earth, it's a dying star, but it's definitely NOT gonna happen in our lifetime. Some people do believe in global warming, though. For instance, I live in Pittsburgh, and the temperature yesterday was 72 degrees (the average is about 40). This kind of weather has caused many people to believe in global warming, but it is simply the Earth undergoing a change. It really makes no sense, especially since a week ago, it was 15 degrees. :] There are going to be times when it gets warmer than usual or cooler than usual, but there is really nothing to worry about. (Rating: 5) ya it totally helps. but i don't really understand is why r ppl soo dramatic about this? there must be some sort of truth in why ppl are so dramatic about it.... maybe the world is ganna end soon and they might think global warming is the cause of it
