Ok i REALLy need to lose some weight in two weeks well like a less than that but i need to know what is the absolute most weight i can lose withing this time also i need some tipps on stuff ican do everyday to make this happen i have a tredmill at home and a total gym thing so if that helps at all also what are the best meals to eat to lose weight i'm not looking for anyone to judge or say you cant lose that much weight in two weeks or whatever cause i know this

eat a lot of organic food- fruits and veggies. only drink water and fruit juices and milk

run on your treadmill for 30 minutes.
also, if you are using the work out thing, youll create muscle, which weighs more than fat, so when you go to weigh yourself at the end of the two weeks, the weight change might be by a pound, or you might gain weight, it jost wont show as fat.
you might be able to lose like 3 pounds, but its REALLY hard.
