advice

Alright, Im f 16 5'5 145lbs. IM NOT FAT.. && I know Im not.. But I have like I wanna baby fat that I have from tearing my ACL a year ago, and not doing anything untill now, Basketball. Im built small, but im strong and thats where I get most my weight.
I dont care about the weight. But that little fat I have from not doing anything. You can really see it when I sit and I have pants on, and hangs out. Everyone does, but I dont like mine, It never use to be there. Now Im not suppose to be sickly skinny, but skinny. What good healthy girls look like. I have big boobs a small stomach, but that little fat.
I told you all that so you dont think Im crying about this little fat I have and Im sickly skinny. Bc Im not..
So what can I do to help make that fat smaller. I use to have abs before I got hurt.
What can I eat to help make that fat go away. I run at basketball, so I already do that.
Im going to start running on sundays when we dont have practice. But tell me some good foods to eat. Im a very picky eater, and I dont like most veggies. Fruits I can do, but I dont like Oranges,I like the juice, just not the oranges hahaha..

Thank you so much and Im very sorry it was long..

The running will certainly help.
Drink a lot of water. Substitute soda and other high sugar drinks with water.
You have to eat healthy, you have to get over the fact that you dont like vegetables, because you need to eat them to stay healthy.
Try new vegetables that you think you dont like, but havent actually eaten. Eat more fruits as well.
