What are some ways you can relax yourself from being too stressed out? (link)

Meditation. im serious - it works.
all you need to do is buy a meditation CD, lay on your bed, or somewhere comfortable and listen to it. Its a s simple as that.
you could also try deep breathing. a dark room, lying somewhere comfortable and breathing in through the nose, out through the mouth for a few minutes. you have to imagine that with each breath released, each trouble is being blown away one by one.
people relax in different ways, you may find that snuggling up on the sofa with a blanket and a snack whilst watchung a film is a great chill out routine :) ( because i do HAHA!)
