Me and my BFF(rachel) both like the same guy(Zach). I know she is angry that i flirt w/ him. I get angry when she flirts w/ him. Yes, i have talked to her about what would happen if one of us went out w/ him. She says shes fine w/ it. But it was so obvious that she wasn't a few days ago(when we had a "party" and he was there). I feel really bad about flirting w/ him and i have nightmares about me going out with him and kissing and she gets angry and runs away and never speaks to me again.
I am going to ask him if he likes one of us this weekend. Is there any way that IF he likes me that i can go out w/ him and still make my friend happy???? I know it's complicated buyt please help. Any advice is GREATLY appreciated!!! (link)

Well answer to your feedback is, that truthfully, there's isn't really a way to change your friend's mind. I mean we all wish we can do that but sadly that won't happen until she sees that you are her true friend and she should respect that. I know trying to talk is hard because you tried but next time she gets mad, ask her and tell her, "why are you always getting upset when I flirt? I dont get mad at you for flirting. It's a fair game you know." So I think the best way to do is, just figure out who HE likes so you guys can settle for sure. If he likes you then she should leave it as that. No question asked. hope this helped :)
and oh yeah about being alone, here's a great idea to find out if he likes you and get him alone. Ask him to hang out. If he wants to invite other usual people, simply say, "i was hoping that it would be just you and me" and if he seems eager then he likes you. And there, you can pop the question about who he likes. Of course tell him you like him first though.
I know what you mean, guy coming between two best friends. I was in that situations a lot actually. My friends and I always seem to have same taste in guys. Personally i have never lost a friend over that whether the guy chose my best friend or when a guy chose me. I mean it might make her very jealous but if she is your friend she would be happy for you and not try to ruin what you have with the guy. I mean there was a time when me and my best friend really liked this guy and we both agreed that if one of us gets it, we should be happy for each other and be thankful that at least its one of us getting the guy. The guy chose my best friend, I was jealous i must admit but soon I saw i shouldn;t feel jealous. I mean it was agreed on and I was beginning to feel very happy for her. Hope this helped :)

Thanks! But how can i stop feeling bad about liking him and flirting w/ him? It makes me feel horrible when i flirt w/ him and she walks away. Any ideas about how to? I WANT to flirt w/ him and it's really hard not to cause he's so PERFECT. But shes always there and gets angry. Any ideas on how i can make her understand that i like him too and i want to flirt w/ him w/o her getting angry? And vise versa(i try not to be around them when they flirt so i won't get jelous)
*oh yeah and it is really hard to be alone w/ him being as we(Zach and I) are great friends and we have TONS of friends(including Rachel) that are always around?*
