I asked a question about what it's like to get your wisdom teeth out before. I just got them out a few hours ago and my mouth is in a great deal of pain. It didnt hurt getting them out because I was asleep. I got all four out & they were impacted. I've only had mashed potatoes and a little water since I came home & I ate the potatoes extremely slowly. I tried taking the prescription medicines, but I can never swallow pills so yeaaah. I took penicillin & I somehow got that to go down with my potatoes. I have one other pill to take & it's round and I cut it in half & have tried 5+ times to swallow it but it doesn't work, even when it's in my potatoes.
I took tylenal for the pain already [adult liquid tylenal] & i'm 17/f.
Any suggestions of what else I can take where I won't have to deal with swallowing pills? And I dont thik sending me sites or ideas of how to swallow them will help, seeing as I'm pretty sure i've tried everything.
Thankss.
Lots and Lots of ice. I kept Ice on mine for 2 days, but didn't have any swelling or bruising. Other then that there isn't really anything you can take that isn't in a pill form. You could try taking childrens liquid pain medication, but you should consult your doctor as to how much you would need to take.
