14/f hey i want to lose like 10 pounds bc my legs look big
i go to the gym and i seem to be getting more hungrier and i eat more and i have tried starving myself but i cant do it! i am 5'7 and my legs are huge can anyone give me workout tips?
please help!

Watch the calories you take in. The average girl eats about 2,000 calories a day. So if you're wanting to lose weight, try aiming for eating only 1,500 calories a day. Pay close attention to servings. Make sure you're counting them all up and measuring right.
Don't worry so much about working out because the muscle will build up and make your thighs bigger. You don't want that.
Diet is 90% what you eat and 10% excersize.
