Alright, so I'm going to get my eyebrows waxed for the first time EVER sometime this week, and I'm a little nervous.

1) How long will it take?

2) How do they do it?

3) On a scale one to ten, ten being highest, how bad did it hurt for you the first time?

4) What age did you start getting yours waxed/plucked, etc?

5) How often will I need to get them redone or whatever?

Plz help, I'm a little confused, and really nervous.

Don't be nervous.

1.] Depending on how much hair there is or however the person shaping it, or even how experienced the person is.. it could take from 5 minutes to 20 max.

2.] They will take a wooden stick, (like the ones doctors use to check if you have strep throat) and will put a hot wax on it. (No, the wax doesn't hurt when they apply it, it's just a little warm on your skin). Then they will wipe it across on however their shaping them. Then they will take a special paper and put it down on the wax and tear off.

3.] To be honest, it all depends on the hurt factor of the person. In my opinion -- I'd say probably a 7. Haha. But it could be different for you depending on your pain factor.

4.] I started getting mine waxed and plucked probably going into middle school.

5.] It all depends on how you want them to look. You don't have to keep going back if you don't want to. It's all according to your preference.

Just don't be nervous, it will go by really fast, and plus, they put a soothing lotion on RIGHT after and it feels good :]
