My cousins girlfriend is sniffing around my man, I don't think she's attractive at all, but she seems to think she is.

Also, what would be a good way to really humiliate her - just so she learns her lesson?
You're probably not going to like my answer, but if she's being immature like that and trying to steal your man, the best thing you can do is be the mature one. Don't stoop down to her level or you'll be just as bad as her.
If your man really likes you, and if she's really not attractive, then you have nothing to worry about. Let him reject her. That will be humiliating enough for her.
If it's really bothering you, though, try talking to her about it.
