i'm Brittany and though I'm only 14, I'm really good at the psycology of teens. I usually don't use the answer "you should go to a counsler" or anything similiar to that. Although that is a good idea in many situations, I tend to realize that most teens have thought about that and most of them refuse to talk to a counsler about it. If you want a straight up answer without all the "you shouldn't have done that" talk, let me know.

I'm 14/f, and want to tone my thighs/abs for the summer. Since I don't exercise that much, I thought maybe I could start walking.
Does walking burn a lot of calories? I'm not lazy, but I don't want to waste all that time walking if it wont work, when I could be doing something else instead. How long should I walk for each day to make a difference? Thanks ;D
I usually can't stick with a work out program unless i do it with a friend. Also, just go on a long slow walk in the evening. I dont know about you, but i spend my entire night on the computer, so being out of the house burns calories no matter how slow i walk.
