My names Casey. I'm a crazy cat lady who's obsessed about books and doesn't wear matching socks. I enjoy all kinds of tea and sometimes I believe in as many as six impossible things before breakfast.
advice
Summer is coming and i really need to lose fat and tone muscle, especially in my butt, thighs and stomach. I'm about 148 pounds, so how long would it take for me to get around 130 or 125 pounds? Anyways what foods should I eat? I know to avoid things like soda and junk food and eat fruits, but what kind of foods should i have for breakfast, lunch and dinner? What are exercises that really help you loose weight fast? thanks in advance!!!
hm. i'm about the same weight as you. don't know about the height but you know what? i want to weigh the same as you want to weigh too.
i started in january, 168lbs. just by cutting out junkfood, so i think you should weight around 135lbs by July. Depends on how well you stay faithful to your diet.
try loosing around 3lbs a week. loosing weight to fast is bad, and it'll eventually come back to haunt you.
but anyways. what food to eat? try:
breakfast- Bagle with Reduced fat Cream Cheese and Watermelon.
OR Oatmeal and Sliced Bannana with Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt.
OR like the person down there said about the cereal Special K. its really good for you.
lunch- Turkey, Provolon cheese, lettuce, picklets (and whatever else you like) in a weat wrap (the wraps are usually big, so try cutting it in half) with applesauce, carrots, and mini-ricecakes (they come in flavors)
OR try bringing a salad in a plastic baggie with some side dressing. make sure when you buy the dressing it says "light" and read the nurtirtion facts to make sure its not high in calories. Dressing is usually what makes the salad high in calories. so..yeah.
Dinner- Lean Cousine
OR Healthy Choice
OR Veggie Burgers.
pretty much anything for dinner. just eat in moderation with this meal.
Snacks- Dried Fruit, Carrot Sticks, Cellery with Peanutt butter (good if you're working out), apples, grannola bars.
Drinks- Water (at least 8 glasses), Milk, OJ, %100 fruit juices.
eat 1500 calories a day.
now for working out. Try working out for around 20-60 minutes a day. Joggings good. Jumping Jacks, Jumproping, Tredmill, Crunches, Pushups, Situps, all of those are good excersises for you. See if your mom or a friend can bring you down to a gym 3x a week. (thats how many times you should work out in general as well)
