if i squeeze my butt muscles throught out the day will i get a stronger, smaller muscular butt?
Yep, over time it'll get smaller and stronger but if you want a smaller butt, I wouldn't recommend just squeezing it throughout the day for various reasons. If you don't have anything to do other than squeeze it though, I'd recommend squeezing it and holding it for 2 minutes in the morning when you first wake up.
Anyways it's a crappy workout to begin with, 1 day of non stop squeezing your butt is probably equivilent to a 5 minute run.
If you want a smaller stronger butt, I'd recommend running a mile or two every other day and running stairs
