advice

so i am a procrastinator and i waited until last night to do my expo project. It's okay but it's not great. my friend kathelin's was AMAZING. we do not need to present them until next thurs. and mine is all permanent so what should i do? i want to measure up to hers!

i'm a procrastinator too ;) so i know what you mean. my science fair project is due in ten days and i havent started it yet- lol off topic. anyways, why do you wanna measure up to hers so bad? i know it's nice to have a great project but for what? a title? a good grade? yeah, good grades are nice but if your project is decent as well, the grade should be pretty high. here's what i do sometimes when i procrastinate. we have to put the dates on our papers and my literature teacher hates it when we procrastinate so i'll put like, 4/19/07 when it's due. that way, he'll think i started the project earlier. i know it's lying but it's a white lie so they don't get upset then make a scene. just make sure you put the date after it was actually assigned- lol (if you decide to do that). another thing you can do, is if you messed up somewhere then put like a picture over it or something. works good for me. maybe do something for extra credit. like, bring in a model of whatever you did or something? next time, spend more time on it. like 15-25 minutes a night on the project, and who knows? you could get the highest grade out of everyone. if you do a light load of work each night, you won't get overwhelmed, which means you won't get frustrated but you WILL do better.
