Does anyone have a good routine for waking up in the morning.As in getting ready for school
Time for hair
And make up.

From
6:00
to
7:00
And any good remedies for staying awake and falling asleep at night.
Mine doesn't seem to be working.

Its always better for your workout in the morning..so lets make extra time for that.. also getting your clothes ready the next b4 saves a lot of time.
5.30-6.00 -workout
6.00-6.15 -shower
6.18-6.38 -dressed/hair/makeup
6.40-7.00 -eat breakfast or if you dont.. this is 20 mins to put towards other things in the sched!
