Q: I don't understand why it's "dangerous to only eat 500 calories or less per day. I've been doing it for a long time and I feel fine. Like today for instance, I had a small bowl of cheerios with almond milk for breakfast, romaine lettuce salad with Italian dressing for lunch, Jamba Juice, and then sushi for dinner. All in all, I had about 500 calories today. I feel fine and I ate 3 meals anyway. So what's so "dangerous" about it?

Just so you know, jamba juice smoothies are like 400 calories themselves.
