what are some ways to lose 10 pounds?like,what excersices to do and stuff like that,besides running.

Cardiovascular exercises
Jump roping is a good one. But you're limiting A LOT of your options if you don't want to run. Running is pretty much key to being healthy.
It'll take twice as much time and energy to lose 10 lbs through situps and crunches than through running.
