okay so im 15 yrs old, female, 5'3 and weigh almost 110 pounds. my family and friends tell me im perfect. but i really dont believe them.
for a while me and one of my bestt friends went belimic for a while. like a long couple of months. but then after mega results we stopped knowing it was WAYY wrong. then we just started exercizing regurally and eating better but then every now and then i get this HUGEE urge to puke up what i just ate. usually i overcum that urge by working out but sumtimes it just takes over.

i know its wrong. but it just feels so right after. it just really gets to me fast. i think i need to lose wieght again adn i dont know what to do. please jsut give me a few alternet things to do other then pursue this bad and VERYY nastyy habit. like tips or ideas to lose weitght fast but not wrong. thank you for caring. :]]

Sorry but you don't need to lose weight. You're underweight actually for a 5'3, 15 year old girl. Keep in mind that, Belimic girls have throat damage later. REALLY BAD! So I would definately stop if I were you. Later it will damage your galbladdar (what makes you throw up) and your vocal chords. So think of that and more future health problems whenever you feel an urge, 'kay? Another thing that might help you would be to develop a new hobby or something. Eat grapefruit to stay healthy (it burns 10 calories a grapefruit and keep in mind that one pound is 3500 calories) and stay away from carb diets. They're un-safe, risky, and harder. If you puke it all up, you'll be skinny for the time-being but later it will catch up to you. When you don't eat your cells build together because the disgestive system gets confused and has to build together to stay at a good weight. Since it's confused it stores together fat cells until you start eating again and it takes longer to get back to a healthy weight. So don't risk that happening, m'kay?
Stay away from sugar because it builds up fat. But one dieting myth is the fact that if you eat foods late at night you'll get fatter. Not true! So enjoy your healthy weight and if you absolutely MUST feel free to use those tips.
Hope I helped
