Hello Everyone!!! My first track meet is tomorrow, can anyone give me any tips about what I should tonight and tomorrow while at the track meet. THanks in advance

Omg track is so fun. I use to run, well heres a couple tips

-Drink room temperature water(not cold)
-Strech your legs & arms
-Get a good nights sleep
-Go to the bathroom before you run(or you could always wait that might make you run faster lol)
-Take a warm up lap by jogging, running, or power walking
