take tylenol and wrap ice in a towel and hold it on there.old fashion i no but it works the best~i have a metal bunkbed with a desk underneath and a spinny chair~i still have a line accross my head from last summer that i never put ice on but i was spinnin in my chair fast and hit my head and got unconscience for a while~im stuip i no im 13/f~i hit my head hard alot~USE ICE ALOT~if you dont itll be there for a realy long time~hope i helped
