Well I got this problem, I really like this boy and sometime he flirts with me. Im asking what flirting can I do or how can I turn him on in a way that he can see that it don't matter that he's white and Im black. Im 16 and a female

But I think you should definately like ask him to a movie with a couple friends. But be social in all directions. Be like, "Hey. A couple of my friends and I are going to see a movie this Friday after school. Thought maybe you'd wanna come? You can bring a friend if you'd like. Here's my number incase anything comes up or you need to cancel."

If you're not ready to ask him out then you should flirt back, by teasing him about something in a friendly way but make sure it leads you to an arguement, not a real arguement. Just a funny joking one!
