advice

i would like to loose 30lbs by April. But i'm not sure how to do it.
I've been eating healthy, but lately i've been overeating. I need some tips on how to stop thinking about food all the time and grabbing another plate/serving of food. what can i do?

When I have nothing better to do, I just eat. I think I'm hungry, but I'm not. What you have to try to do is keep yourself BUSY. It helps! When I'm out & about, and not home sitting on the couch, I barely think about food. You eat so much less when you're not sitting around the house doing nothing. Hang out with your friends, go for a run, run errands with your mom. Just keep yourself busy. When you're eating, drink water with your food. After you're done with your first plate of food and you're ready to go up and get another pile of it, think to yourself 'Am I even hungry?' Try not to confuse cravings with hunger. To keep yourself from overeating, don't starve yourself! Make sure that you have a HEALTHY snack when you're feeling hungry, and it's not exactly time for dinner. 100 Calorie Packs are really good, and you're not overindulging. Try fruits and veggies, yogurt, or maybe some cereal. Make sure that you drink a lot of water throughout the day too.
