I found out a few hours ago that my grandma isn't doing very well. She had a surgery on her hand the other day and since then she has passed out, felt dissy and felt really sick. Everytime I think about it I want to cry. I am so scared something really bad is going to happen to her. What should I do?
Write down how you feel, it always helps me. It's like pouring your emotions & finding a simple solution to a burden lifter. Cry if you need to, running away from the pain makes everything worse for longer trust me! Once I rain away from pain for such a long time, I had weird dreams, later I found out it was because I was running away from my sadness & emotions. If all else fails, talk to somebody about how you're feeling, or pray to God to help you get through this. You'll feel better, it's ok. But remember one thing: What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. In other words, the more you're put through in your life, the easier it is to put up with it. Good luck, I hope your grandma's ok, you and your grandma are in my prayers.
