Hello :) My name is Jess and I'm 15 years old. I live in England and think it's pretty cool (apart from the weather!). I am really interested in Architecture and photography at the moment, and I hope to study Architecture at university. My friends and I have been through a lot recently which varies a lot so I hope I can really understand what most of you are going through. I definitely go for what I can when you ask a question, I just delve right in the deep end and tell you how it is. No babbling for ages, but straight down to the point. i have been trying to lose weight for a little while now and my friends say i dont need to but recently last year i had an eating disorder and i got over it. i cant spot eating unhealthy food and find it hard to get motivated to do excersise. because i know if i dont then it will drive me straight back to the eating disorder i had and i dont want that. how can i stop myself from eating the wrong foods and excersising more so i start to feel good about myself again???

Well, why not try eating alot of healthy food, like fruit, smoothies (that have fruit in) try not to eat too much chips (french fries and chips (crisps)) don't eat too much with carbs (carbrohydrates) such as pasta and rice.
Well, if you go to school, then your school always should have the facility of a gym, sports hall or it must be big, so why not use some of those facilities or go to a gym out-side of school. You can also try and go for a walk every night in the evening and then after about 2months of that then you could try running, but the same distance, also with this still try and go to the gym.
These should help. If not try going onto the internet for some extra professional help like

something along those linees and you will be OK. But don't lose too much weight because you might end up anerecic (this isn't to scar you) you might aswell go and ask your mom/mum about this problem you seem to have, mums/moms always love helping there daughters/sons.
