Ratings: I'm not here for ratings. I don't care about them at all. I am here to help people, but it you're going to rate then rate based on whether the advice was good. Meaning don't give someone a low rating just because it's not the advice you wanted. They are telling you their opinion that you asked for.
Also, for people giving advice, don't tell people what they want to hear just to get higher ratings. They asked for your help and opinion so be honest no matter what!

I am always hungry! I'll eat when I am depressed, bored, and everything. When I am full (really), or feel full, I still eat. I can't help it because since I am always hungry I need to eat.
I have tried diets, and just plainly tried to go to 3 meals a day, but I can't do it! I will feel sick if I don't eat within 2 hours. I am overweight but I really want to stop eating a lot. I also have low metabolism like REALLY low.. so low not even exercise or food alone brings it up. So I am always tired which may be triggering my constant hunger. What can I do??
beleive it or not eating 6 small meals helps you lose weight better and it's healthier. Don't treat the meals like they're all normal meals but have your 3 meals in slightly smaller portions with 3 other small meals in between. My sister faints if she doesn't eat something every 2 hours so it might not necessarily have to do with your weight that you always need to be eating. She's very skinny. So it's fine too eat often. Just in small portions. Plus the more often you eat keeps your metabolism going so eating more often will speed up your metabolism. Hope i helped =D
