I need to go on a diet. Simply out of question, it's something I chose and I must go on a diet. I'm looking to get down to 160 lbs at the minimum. I've tried Wight Watchers and the most I lost was 10 lbs but then I stopped because I couldn't handle the temptation. How can I get down to a flat stomache? I can't resist that well. How long will it take?

That is really hard. My dad went on a diet for like a 3 days (haha) and lost 2 ilbs on Slim Fast. Weight Watches works well, uhh theres this thing, ii forget what its called, they send you food for like a week and its like desserts n stuff too?; anyways.... working out at the gym works. You could get those Lean Cuisene things.
