i can get sort of nervous around guys. so i tend to stay away or just not really talk to them unless sometimes i just let my gaurd down and everything is fine but i still laugh nervously. the other day i was with this guy i like and i think it was okay but i still dont know. what do you think i should do about my nervousness????
It is hard to act casually around a guy that you like. If you find yourself running out of things to talk about start asking questions about them. (everyone loves to talk about themselves) then try to relate to it with a story of your own and pretty soon you will have a full blown conversation going. About the nervousness, remind yourself that they are normal people and if they are talking to you that means they want to not that they feel obligated to do so.
