I've seen Forever 21 and Wet Seal and think their clothes are cute. I'm pretty small for a guy (5-5 and 120 lbs). My sister is size 5 and I can pretty much wear her t-shirts and sweats so I think I'm probably the same size. I kinda feel short, so I wouldn't mind wearing heels. Should I get pants or a skirt, what kind of top, and what kind of shoes? Sorry to ask again, but I feel lost with all of this.
