I just answered a similar question earlier tonight and apparently it was helpful since I got a 5 feedback on it, so I'll give you the same response. I'm not female, but I am 27 years old and I know a good deal about sex and the female body. What you're experiencing is euphoria, it's perfectly normal. It's triggered when your clit is stimulated and sends chemical signals to your brain, which has various side-effects such as blurred vision/dizziness and what you described as "tingly."
