im 13/f ..
i would like to lose weight before january to march.. or even christmas. waht do i do so that i can lose some fat in my stomach [i have a flabby stomach =( ] and also my thighs [whenever i walk theyre always touching.. that is not sexy] please help me. i`ve been looking for this [lose weight fast] for a long time. i dont wanna take those medicines or other drugs, i just wanna do something like.. i dont know. lol please help!! i want a nice body.

just dont be like "OH IM SKINNY NOW I CAN EAT WHATEVER I WANT WHENEVER I WANT" eat things in moderation, you want pizza eat 3 peaces TOPS dont eat a family size bag of chips but one of the 99 cent bags and keep exersising like i said just because you lost weight doesnt mean you wont gain it back so be smart ohh and if say your at a party and you want hm a piece of cake dont just completely be like NO YOU CANT HAVE A N Y. just have a small piece that way you will be satisfied and if you wnat to taste something, taste it, one taste tastes the same as 20 :) if you want more just send something to my inbox instead of feedback :)
