is it true [[well i heard - could be just one of those stupid fitness rumors. lol]] that if you drank 8 glasses of water a day you could really lose weight? if so, how much? dont worry im not going on any of those crash diets.

its true in a way. if you get used to drinking alot of water each day, itll fill you up so you wont be as hungry and eat as much, and it'll help keep you healthy and stuff, but you definitely need to continue to eat so your body gets other nutrients. when you first start drinkin alot of water, especially if you dont drink alot normally, you might think you gained a little weight, but its just bloating because your body isnt used to all the water. but after you get used to it, yes it can help you lose some weight!
