i was a cutter for about a year then i stoped for 8 monthes i got back into and now i cant seem to stop my mom dose not know nor dose my boy friend what do i do so i can stop for good and not get it back in my lilfe
wel..if you have the sensation to cut yourself...first think then say to yourself(think of all the people you are hurting and yourself!!!!!!!!!!If you stopped for 8 months you could stop FOR EVA!!!!!!! So jst fight the temptation!!!!
