is crest whitestrips or the rembrant brnad bad for braces? my mom says it will dull the metal and bleach the colored 0-rings on them i dono.

Definetly wait until you get them off.

My one friend used them while she had braces.

It looked terrible, she begged her mom to let her get it fixed...thank god she did.
