Ok me and my girlfriend plan to have sex soon, the thing is that it is both of are first time and i know that sometimes it can be painful or uncomfortable for the girl. so i need some tips and advice on how to make it less painful/uncomfortable for her so she can enjoy it to the full. i dont like the idea of hurting her (link)

well what you do is like wet your fingers and then move very slow not fast and like every so often ask her how is it and after that it will be loose and wont hurt as much but dont get me wrong wat ever you do it will hurt
