If i were you, i wouldn't do it. you're asking people on an advice website, and it sounds like you're too young and should wait it out. if he's getting anxious about it, you should ask why. it shouldn't be something to rush, it's supposed to be for both of you, and if you aren't comfortable with it then i would just hold off for a while. talk to him about it too, and if he seems to avoid it or get uncomfortable then you definitely shouldn't. if he isn't mature enough to even TALK about sex than he shouldn't be doing it. it also sounds like you're worried that he just want's to have sex based on your looks. that's a horrible reason babe, and you need to wait for a guy who doesn't wan't to have sex just to see you naked.
