Hey guys, I need color suggestions for eyeliner and eye shadow. I have brown hair and brown eyes, I'm somewhat tan from summer, but that's it. Can someone give me suggestions on what colors would look best and what kinds of make-up brands are of the best quality? Thanks :]

for eyeliner i like to use black. but brown OR black would probabley look good on you. i would suggest the brands mabeline and wet n wild. they work very well and you can find them at most places that sell make up. for eye shadow i would suggest using mary kay. i really like there eye shadow especially liquid ones. colors that i think would work for your eyes would be brown, pink, and green. make up brands that i would suggest are:
bare minerals
mabeline
clinuque
