I have $300 dollars to shop with and out of these stores, I need the best 5 for me and my budget. If it helps Im 13, black, 5'5, my chest is 36C, medium waistline, thick hips. Abercrombie & Fitch, AƩropostale,American Eagle Outfitters,Ann Taylor, Arden B., bebe, Express, Forever 21, Gap, GUESS, H&M, Limited, PacSun, Victoria's Secret,Hecht's/Macy's,JCPenney,Sears, and Xcape.

It all depends on your personal style and how much you are willing to spend on a single item. My style is sort of shown through these 5 stores: 1. Aeropostale, 2. Abercrombie & Fitch, 3. Forever 21, 4. Victoria's Secret, and 5. American Eagle; so I guess that's my top 5, and I'll explain my opinion of each store. [this answer is probably going to be very long..sorry.] even though i think you've probably gotten the point by now since so many people have answered your question, i'll try anyways. [By the way, I ALMOST always buy my clothes on sale just to inform you. I'm a sale person. =)]

1. Aeropostale -> One of my favorite stores! My entire wardrobe is mostly from here because the sales are outrageous but in the buyers favor! I love their jeans too, and I've bought some for like $6 before. They have cute tops, polo's, socks, sleepwear, underwear, & jewelry. I can never go in this store without buying something and I highly recommend it. You can always get like 7 things for...idk like $50. The only negative I have about this store is that they change the style of the store every time they restock. I've noticed that they have seemed to copy some of the fashions from A&F and some other stores but maybe it's just me! I am still loyal to Aero though, I LOVE it! =)
---
Prices for Aeropostale -> Usually they have a huge sale rack, so you can find things on there for about $2-$20. Their tees are 2 for $20. Hoodies usually $15. Polos are like $10 i think. Jewelry is in a big range of prices but is almost always buy one get one free. Jeans are maybe $30 and up when they're not on sale.

2. Abercrombie & Fitch -> I'm into the whole preppy look, not to stereotype myself, but I still absolutley adore Abercrombie. Their clothes tend to be a bit on the pricey side for my taste, but I can't help but splurge on their cute things. They usually have some bargains..and I love layering, so I buy a lot of tops from here. Jeans are a bit too expensive for me..I've never bought any from Abercrombie & Fitch. Abercrombie Kids also has cute jewelry and bags, but their clothes are usually too small for anyone over 13 [unless they are really teeny.] They have things on sale a lot too. My negative opinion on this store is that they have some low-quality stuff and a bit of overpriced things. I would only buy a majority of their stuff if it was on sale.
---
Prices for Abercrombie & Fitch -> Jeans are the most expensive item here i guess...regular price is around $120+ but usually on sale for like $89. They look very cute and hug curves, so buy them IF you want to blow half your money! Tops and things like that are usually $20+ regular price and about $9 when on sale. Hoodies are around $50. I LOVE their perfume and would totally wear it... but I don't think I would blow $50 on it.

3. Forever 21 -> Overall a great bargain store with adorable clothes. You will find a ton of accessories in this store, mostly vintage-looking stuff: beads, bangles, etc. They also have way-cute sunglasses for like $5. Belts are also very cute and unique. If you're looking for the latest vintage look and don't want to pay too much for it, Forever 21 is the place to go. The only problems with this store is that some of their things look cheap, and the other thing is that some of the stuff is low-quality. I've had a problem with their things because my tops that I bought from there got holes in them easily.
---
Prices for Forever 21 -> CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP! Hardly anything goes over $10 in this store. Like i said before their high quality sunglasses are $4.99 when they would be at least $15 at any other store. Tops are about $8-$15. They have great dresses for $12 and up.

4. Victoria`s Secret --> I love the Pink line, it's adorable! Their sweats are great for lounging and are really cute at the same time. I have sweatpants and a hoodie from Victoria's Secret and it's really high quality stuff at an okay price. Their undergarments are great too. The downside to this store is that it's kinda pricey..but the high quality and cuteness is worth it most of the time.
Prices for Victoria`s Secret --> Kind of expensive if you ask me. You can find a lot of coupons in the mail and other places to get free things like cotton panties and stuffed animals! ;] Very cute!

5. American Eagle Outfitters --> The best bathing suits by far. They're probably out of them by now though. I have a bunch of things from AE and have always been happy with it. I like their accessories; their bags and wallets are my faves. There's usually a lot on their sale rack too; for a decent amount of money you can find tops, jeans, capris and lots of cute stuff. I also love the layering possibilities of all their clothes since I love layer tanktops under tees and then pop on a zip up hoodie, all of which you can find in this store. I also highly recommend AE Jeans because they have a great fit and aren't too much money when on sale. The problem I have with AE is that there's not too much that goes on sale. I mean, there's some things, but not very much really does, and since only certain items go on sale, you can usually tell who bought it on sale and who paid full price.
Prices for American Eagle --> You can always find something cute in this store, but you have to dig hard to find something that's cute and doesn't cost you your life savings. Your best bet is to scan the sale racks often, but you also will want to buy some things at regular price because they go out of stock fast. T-shirts you can find here for as much as $30 or for as little as $9 when on sale. Hoodies are almost always full price which is usually around $40-$60. Jeans go on sale but it's hard to find the perfect size, so I would recommend paying full for jeans which is, again, $40-$60. AE has very cute buys and if you really want things from here you'll probably have to pay full price for it.

Well i hope this HUGEEE piece of advice could help you at least a little bit. Good luck and have fun doing my favorite thing: SHOPPING ;]
