I am really shy and my friends are becomming major backstabbers. One is a lying bitch that I can no longer stand. Another one you can't trust with ANYTHING, the other one I can kinda trust. My other one is a good friend but she has other friends, and even worse she still wants to be friends with the others. I am REALLY REALLY shy, like you have no idea, so I was wondering if you could tell me how to be less shy, it would really help. I want to make new, better friends, so yea PLEASE PLEASE help me.
