Hey Everyone,
I'm back for the third summer in a row!:) I'm here to listen to you, and try to give you the best advice I can. I've been through a lot, and I can relate to many problems people have, so all my answers I give are coming from experierence. My interests are swimming, tanning, horse back riding, dancing, flip flops, flimmaking, and photography. I like giving advice, and I love getting results. I have my email on here somewhere, and thats the best way to contact me. I'm always here to listen, I'm a great listener. i need to lose weight but i dont want to invole any one and i would like to keep it fairly private from my friends and family. any suggestions? they would be LOVED
Alright. Keeping it private shouldn't be a problem. Just don't make it public that your working out or anything. What I recomend, is laying of the high carbs foods. Pasta, and breads, be sure to watch what fluids your drinking. Soda has ALOT of sugar, so try to stick to water. I recomend crunches, about 100 a day, throughout the day, you don't need to do them all at once. Also I love to run, but I know for some people they just hate it, but if you like to run that is wonderful exersise it really gets your heart going and gives strength to your legs. If you think like all of this is to much, just take it one day at a time. Maybe walk one day, do maybe 50 crunches. Try to challenge yourself everyday. Don't do away completly with all sugary things because your just going to crave them more. Just try to eat less of them. Everyday take a little more away. Loosing weight is all about you, only you know what is right for you. So if your having trouble with any of this, than just follow what you feel like doing! Good Luck! I love feedback good and bad!
