I was considering buying some colored eyeliner. But then i started thinking, is that tacky? Is it better to just stick to black and brown liner? Also i was wondering if colored liners come in liquid. I really need to buy some new make-up i have some MAC eyeshadow and i really like it so is there any similar kind of high-end make-up that isn't to expensive.I know that this is a lot of questions in one but, does it look better to line the top thin or thick and line just the top or does it look better to line the top and bottom. Sometimes when i line the bottom of my eye the liquid will get it with my contact.
So just any thoughts on this would be awesome.

its up to you really - wearing coloured eyeliner doesn't look tacky unless you wear it with something off. personally i don't think coloured eye-liner is tacky because well my friends use coloured eyeliner and it looks pretty good. and yes i think coloured eyeliners are also avilable in liquid. but i'm not too sure about another brand of makeup being cheap but good as well... you might be able to get help from a make-up counter in a department store, just ask the lady there about the best kind of make-up for teens that isn't too expensive and you can also ask her to show you if it's better to line the top thin or thick etc. alternativly you could just exprient at home, do all the combinations of make-up you can think of and decide for yourself (or even have a friend over to help you) what suits you the best.
