If your'e looking for hot shopping go to Cali or New York.
If your looking for i guess you could call them "discreet states" That dont get alot of action try none other than South Carolina! Its COLD in the winter, but HOT as hell in summer...not to mention humid! nut i guess its nice and down here in pawleys, Southern Hospitality takes over! Everyone is so nice and well....Southern! We have nice little coastal bistros and cute shopping villages! I just love it here!
