Hey I can feel the coating no my straighteneers wearing away and i think it is damaging my hair as it doesnt run through as smooth anymore. Is there any coating i can paint on to the ceramic plates or anyplace I can get them renewed.

hmm; i dont think that there is any thing you can do about youre straightner plates;except for buying a new one sorry; but for the damaging your hair you can try some products that protect your hair from heat:
