im 13,about 5'5, and i weight 184 pounds.i know i am much over weight.im not exactly sure how much i should weight.

before i go back to school, i want to have lost a good amount of weight(i go back to school around the end of august).what are some workout plans, without using any machines, that will help me?i want something high intensity, something that will deffinetly give me good results.

also, does anyone have experiance with the Cross Crunch Abdominal Exerciser, or the Zone Pilates?do these really work?i am interested in buying either one or both of these, but i was wondering if they really do work.would they help me loose weight?what other things help like that, but dont cost too much?my friend reccommended a yoga or workout ball.dothose help?

i really need help, and i am tierd of always being "the fat girl".i want to look good and show everyone when i go back to school.it is also something that i want to do for me personally.i've struggled with this for a long time, and i want to put an end to it.

hey, i have the cross crunch at my house and it does not work. well it didnt work for me at all. they tell you just 12 crunches to the right and left that doesnt do nothing. i even tried to do more crunches with the cross crunch but i just think its stupid. well the best way to lose weight is just do sit ups at home and eat healthy food.
