hello! my name is amber and i have been through a lot over the years! my father died when i was 6 years old and 6 years later i developed an auto-immune disease called lupus. i have been in and out of the hospital many time and have been through severe pain physically, and mentally because of it. no question is too odd or confusing, and i will try my best to give you my best and most honest advice. i am very spiritual and into positive thinking, so i could also help you out with anything having to do with finding your way in life. love and light!

hi what are some like really good excercises that i can do at home. i am trying to lose the stomach and some fat around my thighs. i dont need alot to do because im not entirely that fat. like i know you can do sit ups. but what else can i do. i walk around alot with my friends but its to hot outside to go running. what are some really good excercises that can help me loose some of the fat around my thighs and stomach? tahnk you in advance

I know a really good exercise you can basically do anywhere, and works really good. I only did like 8 of them and my stomach was sore already. I'm pretty sure it's on this website, but it's from pilates. This site will show you how to do some pilates with and actual little clip. It's rite here ...
