I love giving advice, and I've been told that I do a good job at it, but I'll let you decide! Feel free to ask me anything... don't be shy, that's why I'm here. I've been through a lot... moving from one country to another, leaving and finding new friends, break ups, boys, middle school, high school, college, self esteem issues... pretty much most things that people need help with.
I usually spend a good amount of time answering your questions, so I would really appreciate it if you leave me an honest rating along with some feedback (good or bad!) It really does help me improve my advice... and in the end, that's good for YOU! Talk to ya soon! :)

How do you use mousse?
I know you're probably thinking I'm the dumbest person on the face of the earth but seriously. I have no idea. I just bought it the other day, and I got the shampoo that matches it. Its Herbal Essences Dangerously straight- Pin Straight Mousse. The bottle says: shake me. foam me. work me through wet hair. blow-dry small sections with a "finger" diffuser and low hair dryer heat. hands off though.
So, can you help me out here. I'll rate high.
Thanks!
heeyy!!
haha ok you're not stupid, it can be confusing if you've never used it before, and the directions on the bottle don't help much either.
anyway, usually i use mousse to scrunch my hair, so i just spread it on my hair and scrunch as i blow dry. but since this is a straightening mousse, all you have to do is:
- flip your head over (facing the floor) and comb your wet/damp hair
- shake the bottle really well
- flip the bottle upside down (this is important... if you don't flip the bottle over, you will get all the air out of the can and not the actual mousse, and once all the air is out of the bottle, you have to throw it out because you won't be able to get the mousse out)
- squeeze out a good amount depending on the thickness and lenght of your hair (i fill up my hand because i have long thick hair)
- simply spread the mousse evenly all over your hair and work it in with your fingers by scrunching the hair a little bit. once you can't see any of the white mousse in your hair, go ahead and blow dry straight.
hope that helps! :)
(Rating: 5) THANK YOU SO MUCH! You actually answered my question! Much Love
