I have an iPod Mini, and it's battery recently died. How do I purchase another one, and what is their price range? I know I need to order them from Apple, but that is all I know.

Unfortunately apple has now replaced the mini with the iPod nano. If you could find a battery, it would cost a lot and not come officially from apple. Plus, installing it would be a pain in the arse. In fact, overall it could even be cheaper to get a new one from amazon.com or newegg.com!
