Well, for starters, the idea of "sexy" greatly differs between guys. For example, I personally find dark hair, green eyes, and a small figure to be incredibily sexy, and that's just the physical part of the attraction.
Though mentally speaking... Sexiness is probably 90% personallity. The image a guy builds of you in his mind determines how sexy he thinks you are. That can be based on how well he knows you or what he thinks of the way you look. Make sure that guys fall in love with the real you.
Girls who are actually "sexy", I believe, are the ones that leave the guy wanting more. (that was told to me by a friend of mine) ...If that makes any sense... Don't worry about being sexy to all guys, because the guy that really loves and cares for you will find you sexy just the way you are.
If you have a bf, do things for him. Let him know that you love him with little reminders, thoughts, notes, and other things. That might not seem in the general definition of "sexy" but if the guy loves you, he will see you that way. Guys like to be thought of by their gf. And attention is a really big turn on for many guys.
So called "sexy clothes" (revealing clothes) don't do much for you besides make guys see you as an object. It's far better to dress sexy for a guy you care about and who cares about you rather than to dress sexy just to get attention from guys.
