does anyone know if it is illeagal for a 17yr old to date anyone younger than 17 without their parents consent in new york state???

Hey,
No, it is only illegal for him to be 18 an dating a minor an a minor includes anything under 18 now if your 16 or 17 an if his/her parents give consent to the relationship of his/her daughter than they can date. Otherwise it is illegal unless you have parental consent!!
