Hey everyone! My name is Kristen, I'm 20 and I'm a college junior studying pharmacy. I've been blessed with a really good life, and part of the reason for that is because I've learned to see GOOD in everything that happens to me. I love giving advice, and I've been told that I do a good job at it, but I'll let you decide! Feel free to ask me anything... don't be shy, that's why I'm here. I've been through a lot... moving from one country to another, leaving and finding new friends, break ups, boys, middle school, high school, college, self esteem issues... pretty much most things that people need help with.

ok so here is my problem. i'm not so good at talking to guys. well, scratch that. SOME guys. most guys i can just talk to like normal and laugh with, like i'm having a coversation with my brother. but other guys, cute ones in particular, i really have no idea how to talk to and i always seem to blush or stutter when i try to talk to them. it's really annoying and i don't know why i can't talk to them. my crush is one of the people i can't talk to. any advice?
hey!! well this may be a bit obvious, but the reason you can't talk to them without blushing and stuttering is because you really LIKE them and you are afraid of messing up or saying the wrong thing. not much you can do other than continue to reassure yourself that you are a great person and that anyone who gets to talk to you is lucky! you want guys to like you for who you are, and you are showing them your true self when you talk to them! don't be nervous or afraid of "messing up" because those that like you will like you for exactly who you are. every time before you are about to talk to a cute guy, just calm yourself down, think about things that make you comfortable and happy, and remind yourself that you are who you are, and that's what you are showing this guy... and if he likes it great, and if not then there's many more guys! once you build up your self confidence, you will no longer have this problem! :)
