Hey. I need serious help.
ok lately I've noticed that I been eating only when I feel bored and not when I'm really hungry. I'm really scared because I've also gained weight, not alot only 2-3 lbs( im not fat),and I just want to know how can I stop this habit before it gets out of control and I turn overweight or something?
Please help me I rate fives and recommend.

when you get bored. dont go in the kitchen, mabey go for a walk, outside or something, call a friend. cause its not that good to eat when your not hungry.
