Hey everyone! My name is Kristen, I'm 20 and I'm a college junior studying pharmacy. I've been blessed with a really good life, and part of the reason for that is because I've learned to see GOOD in everything that happens to me. I love giving advice, and I've been told that I do a good job at it, but I'll let you decide! Feel free to ask me anything... don't be shy, that's why I'm here. I've been through a lot... moving from one country to another, leaving and finding new friends, break ups, boys, middle school, high school, college, self esteem issues... pretty much most things that people need help with.

okay this guy broke up with me like a few weeks ago and i was wicked upset and i told him too . so yeah anyways online he made a new screen name and IMed me pretending to be my friend when i knew it was him , he finally admitted it was him and i asked him why he did it , and why he would waste his time talking to me he told me he did it because he was bored .then a few days later he called me and left me a weird voice mail on my phone , then he started talking to one of my friends asking her about her relationship with her boyfriend who i am good friends with, and then today he called me and i knew it was his voice , but then he was like using a different voice (like ones on the computer where people use to make prank calls on like ebaums world or whatever) anyway now i think i am over him and im just wondering if you know why he did this , if he really was bored or if he misses me or what . thanks =]
usually when one person breaks up with another, they have doubts about it for a couple of weeks after the break up. even though he broke up with you, it doesn't mean that all his feelings for you are gone. he misses you and that's why he keeps trying to get in touch with you. the reason he is doing it in such weird ways is because he doesn't want to admit that he still likes you, because that would mean he is admitting that he was wrong to break up with you (and we all know guys can never admit to being wrong).
im glad to see that you are over him, and i suggest that you ignore his phone calls and IMs from now on. eventually, he will get over the break up and stop bothering you. but as long as you pay attention to him, he will continue to annoy you and maybe even try and get back together with you. i don't recommend doing that, because if he broke up with you once, there was a reason for it, and he would be likely to do it again once the same problem arises (im not saying you are the problem... maybe he doesn't want a relationship right now or something like that). you are already over him, so why subject yourself to getting hurt again? usually when someone wants to get back together with an ex so soon after a break up, they are only doing it because they are second guessing their decision for the time being, but they are likely to go back to their original thinking in as little as a few days after getting back together.
